 This form is to be used to provide basic eligibility information used in determining if an applicant meets The City of Azusa guidelines for the first time home buyer downpayment assitance program. Applicants that meet the program guidelines will be processed for loan pre-approval. Upon completion of all eligibility requirements, eligible parties will be submitted to The City of Azusa for final selection. This program is limited, and not all eligable applicants will be selected.
